Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Sales Manager with a passion for service excellence.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Day to day sales activities including lead generation, account management, face to face meetings, contracting, client entertainment, sales trips, attending trade shows and networking.
- Ensure all operational processes, procedures, governance, and reporting is managed and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Utilise networks and industry expertise to understand and track trends, developments, performance and key information from the marketplace, both domestic and overseas.
- Ensure marketing collateral and initiatives are understood and utilised to their full extent and performance is measured.
- Lead participation in familiarisation and sales trips and in the communications and presentations on behalf of the hotel, the Club and Ascott
- Support training and development opportunities across the club including key training such as compliance, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, security, and safeguarding.
- Ensure all duties required within the role are delivered to the highest quality and performance levels.
To be successful in the role of Sales Manager we require:
- Act as a key contributor to the generation of sales forecasting and budgets
- Be instrumental in creating, maintaining, and monitoring the sales and marketing strategy to ensure
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in selling the hotel
- Use local knowledge, market and management information to identify new revenue streams
- To be the hotel champion for the Ascott loyalty programme
