Sanremo Italian Restaurant in Bath is looking for an experienced and passionate Pasta Maker & Pizza Maker to join our busy kitchen team.

If you take pride in creating authentic, fresh Italian pasta and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Prepare fresh pasta to our authentic Italian recipes and standards.

• Produce a variety of pasta shapes and doughs from scratch.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pasta dishes.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

• Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team during service.

• Manage stock and ingredients efficiently.

• Previous experience as a pasta maker or in an Italian kitchen.

• Knowledge of traditional Italian pasta-making techniques.

• Passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant.

• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player.

• Food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
