SANREMO THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN BATH NEW OPENING
Our BRIGADA is growing and we are looking for a very talented BAR MANAGER to join us in our mission: to change peoples lives with PIZZA AND PASTA!. .
OUR OFFER:. .
- Highly competitive salary £35,000 - £40,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
- Full time, permanent role.
- 2 consecutive days off per week.
- 28 days paid holiday.
- Meals on shift.

- Regular performance reviews and wage evaluations.

YOUR MISSION:
- To run the daily activities of the bar including: preparation, service, handover, opening and closing the bar and more!.
- To set the standard for the rest of the team and train the new barbacks and bartenders.
- To work with the SANREMO values at heart generate motivation and bring all the positive vibes!.
YOUR SKILLS:.
- Big BIG smile!.
- Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.
- Boundless passion for Italian cuisine and culture.
- Expert knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Experience working as a Bar MANAGER or equivalent is essential.
- Advanced level of English is required, Italian is a plus!.
