Headwaiter up to £15ph + Training bonus

We’re looking for positive and energetic personalities to join our floor team. You’ll ideally have experience in a busy, high-profile restaurant, a natural flair for first class service and a huge passion for hospitality and people.

About You
  • Experience of working in a high-volume upscale restaurant
  • Capability to follow instructions given by senior members of the team
  • Enjoy being part of a close team that work hard together to deliver outstanding service
  • Team member who rises to the challenges given to them
  • Clear understanding of the procedures on the floor
  • Determination and the motivation to progress and develop yourself, aiming for career growth
Requirements
  • Key elements of your role as Head Waiter will involve controlling a section during service, taking food orders, serving guests and providing a professional bill service. Responsible for directing and motivating a team of runners, you will also take an active interest in your team’s welfare, safety, and professional development. 

    About you: You have at least 1+ years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on your professional approach to service excellence and you are a real team player. 

Schedule

  • Flexible rota; single shifts or double shifts
