Sanremo The Italian Restaurant in the heart of Bath, and we are looking for very talented WAITER & WAITRESS to join our front of house Brigata. Are you ready for a big challenge:

LOCATION: SANREMO 15-17 High Street Bath, BA1 5AQ
WAITER & WAITRESS
Our offer:
• Highly competitive salary of up to £12.00 - £14.00 per hour + cash tips
• Full time role
• 2 consecutive days off per week
• 28 days of holiday per year
• Permanent contract
• Meal on shift
• Employee discount: discount on food and drink at our restaurants for you and up to 6 of your friends

Your mission:
• You will be the ambassador of SANREMO : you adopt a warm, smiling, professional...service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
• You will guarantee the quality of service in the dining room: you ensure a "SANRENMO style" service and you are responsible for the accuracy of the service. You are responsible for the speed of service and the optimisation of table rotation.
• You will be responsible for the well-being of the customer during their time with us: you will ensure a 5 star service and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
• You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of the more junior colleagues.
Your skills:

• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Boundless passion for pasta, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
• Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang
