• Design and develop seasonal, innovative menus

• Lead, inspire, and train the kitchen team

• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation

• Manage stock, GP, and kitchen budgets effectively

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Drive consistency, efficiency, and a positive team culture

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Excellent knowledge of stock control and cost management
