Sanremo Italian Restaurant – Bath
Located in the heart of Bath within a beautifully converted former NatWest bank, Sanremo Italian Restaurant offers an authentic and sophisticated dining experience. The restaurant combines traditional Italian flavours with a stylish, contemporary setting, preserving historic architectural elements such as high ceilings, grand columns, and original bank vault details for a unique ambiance. 


As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Prepare and serve contemporary dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients that evolve throughout the year
  • Collaborate with a skilled and passionate team of chefs dedicated to high-quality food
  • Coordinate daily operations with the Head Chef and maintain clear communication across the kitchen brigade
  • Consistently prepare key ingredients to a high standard of presentation and quality
  • Contribute to smooth, efficient service while bringing energy and momentum to the team
  • Take full ownership of your section, while offering creative input on dish presentation
  • Maintain and uphold all Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
  • Support your colleagues across the kitchen, staying adaptable and quick-thinking during service
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented working environment
