Santa Monica Proper is looking for a Director of Operations.
The Director of Operations will oversee the
daily operations of the Hotel and provide leadership and direction for all
departments. He or She will assist the General Manager and Managing Director in
maximizing the financial performance of the Hotel by providing the highest
possible quality of guest service and product, by fostering a positive work
environment for all employees and assisting in implementing an aggressive sales
and marketing plan. In absence of the General Manager and Managing Director,
the Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operation of the
Hotel. Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care
for staff. Understands and implements contemporary luxury/lifestyle standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of Hotel or Resort Management
experience required.
