A bit about what you will be doing:

We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and showcase authentic Italian cooking. You’ll love working with great ingredients, creating dishes with flair, and inspiring your team through hands-on leadership at the pass.


Alongside your passion for food, you’ll ensure the kitchen runs smoothly — from food safety and hygiene to GP, P&L and stock management. Experience with Adaco and Fourth Hospitality is an advantage, but training will be given.


Resilient, driven, and creative, you’ll motivate and develop the team while helping us build a restaurant known for outstanding Italian dining.


Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional standards and attention to detail
  • Support the development of menus in the restaurant.
  • Lead the brigade – Being on the front line and leading the pass is a must.
  • Support the creation and delivery of F&B strategies.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, margins and all financial aspects of the kitchens.
  • Training and development of the brigade.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety.
  • Previous experience of working as a Senior Chef within a Hotel or high volume restaurant.
  • Actively seek menu feedback, responding accurately and adapting as necessary.
  • Overall you will be resilient, have ambition and drive to be part of a successful business.
