A bit about what you will be doing:

We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven General Manager to spearhead the new Sartoria Launceston Place in Kensington. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and drive our business forward, ensuring exceptional service for our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and a knack for optimizing profits through astute financial management. With a strong focus on quality, in our food, service, and overall guest experience - you'll be working collaboratively with the senior operations team to champion a culture of innovation and inclusivity whilst fostering a collaborative environment to achieve continuous success of the restaurant.


  • Strategically manage financial resources, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement innovative pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and exceed performance targets.
  • Uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence in hospitality, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance the restaurant's brand and reputation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
