With renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei at the helm as chef patron, Sartoria serves an all-day dining menu, inspired by Chef’s home region of Calabria and surrounding areas of Italy.
The only restaurant on Savile Row, Sartoria Boasts a heated terrace, destination bar, cicchetti counter, two private dining rooms and wine cellar, the exquisite and timeless design lends itself perfectly to its glamorous Mayfair location.
We are looking for a talented Commis Chef to join Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei and his team at Sartoria in Mayfair.
As the Commis Chef you will have a real interest in cooking fine dining Italian cuisine, and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience.
You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
