Description

D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent. With renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei at the helm as chef patron, Sartoria serves an all-day dining menu, inspired by Chef’s home region of Calabria and surrounding areas of Italy.

The only restaurant on Savile Row, Sartoria Boasts a heated terrace, destination bar, cicchetti counter, two private dining rooms and wine cellar, the exquisite and timeless design lends itself perfectly to its glamorous Mayfair location.

We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to our guests. At the same time, our Junior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef, lead the team during service and oversee a number of sections. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. The ideal candidates will have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards, passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a pro-active and motivated attitude to their work, attention to detail and an excellent command of English. You will be a true leader who works well under pressure and understands the running of a fine dining kitchen.
