The Staff Accountant processes invoices, manages vendor payments, reconciles and records sales from the restaurant point-of-sale system, ensures timely accounting data processing, maintains current reconciliations, and actively contributes to the month-end close process. The position requires a proactive approach, focusing on accuracy, effective management of company balances, and positive collaboration within the team.

• You can maintain the fixed asset register with accurate and timely updates for additions and disposals.
• You have experience processing approved invoices in accounting systems and correctly processing payments to vendors, ensuring company balances are accounted for and managed effectively. 
• You can reconcile and record sales imported from the restaurant point-of-sale system.
• You ensure all accounting data is processed timely, reconciliations are current, fixed asset balances and retail inventory balances are within target, and you facilitate the month-end close process with the accounting team. 
• You are an active and engaged team member, bringing ideas, suggestions, and a positive attitude!
