Savory is looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on Director of Finance for one of our portfolio brands to shape and scale their financial function. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, brand-led business at an inflection point—owning financial visibility, accountability, and infrastructure. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and executive team to drive operational excellence and guide strategic decision-making. This individual will also be responsible for AP, payroll, and similar day-to-day functions for the first 6 -12 months.

  • Build and lead the financial infrastructure, systems, and processes from the ground up.
  • Lock arms with the leadership team and partner cross-functionally to improve margin, optimize cost structure, and support business performance.
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycle with a focus on speed, clarity, and impact
  • Deliver board- and investor-ready financial insights that support strategic decisions..
  • Lead accounting, compliance, and financial operations while modernizing tools and systems
