Lead the Heart of Operations and Join the Bonrue Bakery Team as Our
Warehouse Manager
At Bonrue Bakery, we believe
great food starts with great people. We're looking for a dynamic and driven
Warehouse Manager to lead operations at the heart of our commissary and
production facility. This pivotal role ensures the consistency, quality, and efficiency
that define our brand—from baking and inventory to sanitation, safety, and
scheduling.
The
ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
takes pride in developing people and processes, and creates a culture of
respect, reliability, and results. If you're passionate about operational
excellence and building high-performing teams, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee
daily warehouse staffing—manage scheduling, Labor, hands-on training, and
performance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Build
a workplace that people enjoy—foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and
motivation throughout the team.
- Lead
by example—stay adaptable, jump in when needed, and solve problems on the
fly.
- Keep
ingredients, packaging, and supplies stocked—track
inventory closely and handle ordering to avoid any hiccups.
- Supervise
baking and prep processes to make
sure everything meets our
standards for quality and consistency.
- Check
all incoming deliveries—verify what arrives, inspect quality, and ensure
proper storage.
- Own
the safety and cleanliness of the facility—run
daily walkthroughs and address issues before they become problems.
- Set
and enforce clear sanitation routines—use checklists, train the team, and hold the line on hygiene standards.
- Safely
handle and store cleaning chemicals—and make sure your team is trained
to do the same.
- Manage
third-party vendors who help with maintenance, repairs, or support—keep
those relationships running smoothly.
- Monitor
all facility equipment, especially refrigeration—stay
on top of temp logs and
make sure everything is working
as it should.
- Lead
or support maintenance efforts—coordinate with vendors to handle repairs quickly and
minimize downtime.
- Stay
in sync with leadership—communicate clearly through meetings, digital updates, and
phone calls.
- Make
sure your team is following all
SOPs—reinforce best practices and hold the team accountable.
- Keep
looking for ways to improve—whether it's a better process, new
product line, or operational tweak, bring ideas to the table.
- Manage
daily logistics—plan delivery routes, schedule drivers, and ensure every
order gets out the door on time and in good condition.
