WHO WE ARE

We are a private equity firm specializing in the acquisition, growth, and sale of restaurant concepts. Our firm executes sophisticated transactions and large-scale projects across the U.S., offering a fast-paced, collaborative environment at the intersection of corporate and real estate development.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Paralegal certificate or relevant legal degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a paralegal in a private equity, legal, or transactional environment—experience with restaurant or real estate portfolios a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate transactions, real estate development, and due diligence.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative setting.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and organize legal documents related to restaurant operations, acquisitions, dispositions, and related corporate and real estate transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on targets, including reviewing corporate records, real estate titles, zoning, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in entity formations, corporate governance, registration of foreign entities, maintenance of corporate records, and preparation of resolutions and consents.
  • Support the closing process for transactions by coordinating documentation, creating closing checklists, and collecting signatures and deliverables.
  • Liaise directly with attorneys, the company executive team, external counsel, landlords, brokers, and lenders to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Track, calendar, and manage legal and regulatory deadlines.
  • Prepare and file documents with governmental and regulatory agencies as needed.
  • Conduct legal research on regulatory issues impacting the restaurant and real estate sectors.
  • Maintain comprehensive files and electronic records for all transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining electronic records for multiple restaurant brands.
