The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, motivated Accounting Manager to join our finance team and help us scale our multi-brand accounting operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll own key accounting functions, work closely with our VP of Finance and brand leadership teams, and help build the financial infrastructure that supports our continued growth.

A Day in the Life

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements across multiple restaurant brands
  • Lead monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and analyze financials for discrepancies
  • Review inter-company transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Manage receivables from restaurant house accounts and coordinate with the AP team on vendor payments
  • Assist with the annual external financial statement audit
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
  • Partner with brand and operations leaders to analyze financial performance and identify trends
  • Help onboard new restaurant brands and locations from a financial systems perspective
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting alongside the VP of Finance

What We're Looking For

You bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 3 years of general accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Experience with general ledger systems and advanced Excel skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
  • The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly at all levels
  • CPA license is a plus
  • Multi-entity or restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus
