Must have at least 2 years of experience!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Gutting and scaling raw fish to quality standards
-Chopping chives and other vegetables
-Making scratched tuna
-Monitor food stock
-Maintain hygiene principals
Requirements:
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work quickly and accurately
*Experience with Japanese fish a plus
