The Assistant Head Coach has an Owner’s Mentality, is an ambassador of the South Block brand, and is the champion of our mission. This person plays a crucial role in the development and growth of the team, is responsible for all store operations, and holds themself accountable for the success of the unit. While the Shift Leader (Team Captain) runs the shift, the Assistant Head Coach runs the business. You love making people feel awesome every day, but more than that – you are passionate about encouraging people to do their best, and leading high performing teams. You love driving your business and your team forward, and you have fun while doing it. You will be the smiling face of South Block to your Blockstars (Team Members) and fellow leadership, and your daily efforts will define what the community expects when visiting their neighborhood South Block!
