As a Porter, a typical day might include the following:
• Maintain the cleanliness of the venue by emptying and removing all garbage and debris.
• Assist with the removal and return of all mats in the bar and kitchen area to clean and prepare floor and area during requested
time.
• Assist with cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with deliveries of materials into venue.
• Work with kitchen and bar staff to assist with needs to ensure that the venue is prepared before, during and after service.
• You are able to work well with others as you will be working with other porters, servers, bartenders, and management.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group Restaurants and Venues in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.
