Being a CDP at Young's:
We believe every pub should have its own identity. As part of the kitchen team, you’ll contribute to developing recipes that reflect the food vision of both the business and the Head Chef, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Each pub has its own focus — whether that’s celebrating local produce, classic country pub dishes, seafood, small plates and sharing plates, or expertly prepared dry-aged meats. Your ideas and experience will play an important role in shaping the dishes we serve to our guests.
Because we work with fresh, seasonal produce, our menus evolve throughout the year to showcase ingredients at their very best. Our goal is simple: premium, freshly prepared food created by skilled chefs in premium pubs.
