What we look for in a Bar staff:

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and experienced bar team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive, outgoing personality, and thrive as part of a supportive team.

Previous experience behind the bar is essential. You'll be confident preparing and serving drinks, providing outstanding service, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. In return, we'll provide ongoing training, help you expand your product knowledge, and support your development within the Young's family.
