Front of House Cleaner – Aparthotel & Leisure | SeaSpace, Cornwall

We’re matching real SEA spirit with the SPACE, flex and freedom to choose how you live it. That’s SeaSpace.

Our Front of House Cleaner role:

We’re looking for a Front of House Cleaner to keep our communal and front-of-house spaces in great shape.

You’ll be hands-on with everything from boot rooms to pantries, making sure apartments and shared areas are guest-ready, organised, and sparkling. This is a fast-paced, varied role for someone who likes to get things done, take pride in their work, and enjoy a mix of tasks every shift.

At SeaSpace, it’s not just a job – it’s a chance to be part of a community. You’ll bring a positive attitude, tackle each task to the best of your ability, and support your team along the way. Eager to step up and make every space shine, you’ll help create the effortless, welcoming experience that makes our Aparthotel so special.

This is a zero-hour position on either full-time or part-time hours.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, you’ll find yourself in a supportive group of likeminded people with a shared outlook on life, where friendship, connection, flexibility, variety and challenge make every working day worthwhile.

As our Front of House Cleaner you’ll be:

  • Keeping all front of house areas in tip-top shape including the café, pantry and mud room.
  • Making sure the reception area is clean and inviting.
  • Keeping our Miami-vibe pool areas shining.
  • Stocking up and making sure guest and team toilets are in working order.
  • Keeping upper floors, stairs and handrails in top condition.
  • Adhering to our high brand standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Joining our team means being part of a community that values excellence, innovation, and kindness in everything we do. Our commitment to our staff is reflected in our exceptional working environment - one that promotes a work-life balance, professional development, and plenty of opportunities for growth.

The skills you’ll be sharing with us:

  • Highly organised
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Flexible and willing to help across departments
  • Willing to assist with additional duties as required by the hotel
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous hotel or facilities experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (housekeeping, porter, laundry assistant)

What we can offer in return:

  • A relaxed, professional place to work in a beautiful location
  • A welcoming team, eager to support and encourage each other
  • Excellent career prospects in an ever-expanding organisation
  • Special rates for you and your friends and family to stay at SeaSpace, Watergate Bay Hotel and our Another Place Hotels
  • Reduced gym membership rates (gym, classes, no pool) for on-site team
  • Discounts on treatments in Swim Club
  • Discounts on retail and land&water products
  • Discounts for you and your friends and family at our restaurants: Zacry’s, The Beach Hut, and Living Space restaurants
  • Discount at Cubs coffeeshops
  • Discounts at Shop on the Beach and other partner businesses
  • Free surf lessons, surfboards and wetsuits hire from Wavehunters
  • Team social events throughout the year
  • Team assistance scheme – a dedicated helpline for support & advice on topics from mental health through to managing your finances

From discounted stays to training and development opportunities, we're all about helping our team achieve their personal and professional goals. Located on the sunny, sandy, Cornish coast, you'll never be short on inspiration.
