We are seeking an Elevator Host. The Elevator Host supports the Members Club experience at SEIA by managing access to the dedicated Club elevator and serving as a controlled, polished point of arrival for members and approved guests. This role focuses on access verification, arrival flow, discretion, and professional presence while coordinating closely with the Host and leadership team to ensure a seamless and private guest journey.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the dedicated elevator servicing the SEIA Members Club.

  • Verify member access, approved guests, and event credentials prior to granting elevator access.

  • Greet members professionally and recognize members by name whenever possible.

  • Manage arrival pacing in coordination with the Club Host and Club leadership to ensure readiness upstairs.

  • Maintain control of Club access while delivering warm, respectful, and discreet hospitality.

  • Communicate clearly with the Club Host, Maître d’, and Guest Experience team regarding arrivals, timing, and volume.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the elevator landing and surrounding area.

  • Anticipate peak arrival periods and adjust flow to support smooth Club operations.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding members, guests, and Club activity at all times.

  • Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.

  • Uphold SEIA Members Club standards, presentation, and hospitality language at all times.


Your Qualifications:

  • 1 year+ of experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, high-end residential, or guest-facing service roles preferred.

  • Strong professional presence with the ability to balance authority and warmth.

  • Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail.

  • Clear communication skills and calm decision-making under pressure.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and remain focused throughout service.

  • Ability to follow protocols and work collaboratively with Club leadership and FOH teams.

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Commitment to discretion, professionalism, and elevated hospitality standards.
