we are one of Londons leading Peruvian restaurants and we're seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef
As1 of 2 Sous Chefs you'd be responsible for the running of the kitchen in the chefs absence.
Menu development, health & safety & training will also be integral roles, as would working with the front of house management team
An experience in Peruvian food would be helpful but not entirely essential, as all training will be given
Flexible hours, 4 day week considered
