 Sous Chef – Peruvian Restaurant – Central London


 We’re on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to join our vibrant and friendly kitchen team in the heart of Central London. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-energy, fast-paced environment where creativity, teamwork, and a no-ego, no-drama culture are at the core of everything we do.

 Our restaurant celebrates the bold, fresh flavours of Peruvian cuisine – but don’t worry if you haven’t cooked it before. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s passionate, curious, and eager to learn and embrace a new culinary style.

 The Role: As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and stepping up in their absence.

 You’ll be confident managing:
 • Daily kitchen operations 
 • Team leadership and training 
 • Ordering, stock control and scheduling
 • Gross profit and kitchen financials We’re looking for someone calm under pressure, who brings energy to the pass, and thrives in a busy kitchen. You should be someone who leads by example and takes pride in quality, consistency, and mentoring junior chefs

What We’re Looking For: 

 • Previous experience in a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous role
 • A team player with a positive attitude and no ego
 • Comfortable running service and managing a brigade
