We are seeking for FT Restaurant Managers to Join Our Team!

Managers will be responsible for overseeing the restaurants’ operation while leading our team to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Exercising common sense to solve simple problems while maintaining a friendly, professional and cordial work environment is part of daily business carry out.

Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation

 Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently

 Hire, train and manage FOH staff

 Assist generating reports using POS and spreadsheets

 Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations

 Work collaboratively with our director of operations

 Serve as liaison between management and staff

​Qualifications:

 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant in NYC

 Soft skills: knowledgeable, strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive

Highly Desirables:

  Knows Micros POS system and/or Toast (Big plus)
