We are seeking for FT Restaurant Managers to Join Our Team!
Managers will be responsible for overseeing the restaurants’ operation while leading our team to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Exercising common sense to solve simple problems while maintaining a friendly, professional and cordial work environment is part of daily business carry out.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation
Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently
Hire, train and manage FOH staff
Assist generating reports using POS and spreadsheets
Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations
Work collaboratively with our director of operations
Serve as liaison between management and staff
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant in NYC
Soft skills: knowledgeable, strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive
Highly Desirables:
Knows Micros POS system and/or Toast (Big plus)
