We are seeking for an exceptional French brasserie/bistro manager to join our team!
Managers are responsible for overseeing all restaurants’ operation while leading our team to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience working as a manager in a French Bistro/Brasserie and s/he is knowledgeable of its traditional practices and operation style.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation with GM, Ops Dir and upper management
Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently
Hire, train and manage FOH staff
Assist generating reports using POS and spreadsheets
Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations
Serve as liaison between management and staff
Other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end bistro or French brasserie in NYC
Soft skills: strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive
Highly Desirables:
Speaks French
Knows Open Table and/or Toast POS system
