Description

We are seeking for an exceptional French brasserie/bistro manager to join our team!

Managers are responsible for overseeing all restaurants’ operation while leading our team to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience working as a manager in a French Bistro/Brasserie and s/he is knowledgeable of its traditional practices and operation style.
This is a great opportunity offered to an outstanding individual.

Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation with GM, Ops Dir and upper management

 Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently

 Hire, train and manage FOH staff

 Assist generating reports using POS and spreadsheets

 Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations

 Serve as liaison between management and staff

 Other ad hoc duties

​Qualifications:

 Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end bistro or French brasserie in NYC

 Soft skills: strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive

Highly Desirables:

 Speaks French

 Knows Open Table and/or Toast POS system
