Join Our Team!

We are seeking a Seasoned AGM to Join Our Team in one of our busiest locations in downtown Manhattan.

You will be responsible for overseeing all restaurants’ operation while leading our team along with GM to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Exercising common sense to solve simple problems while maintaining a friendly, professional and cordial work environment is part of daily business carry out.

Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation with GM

 Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently

 Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and managing FOH staff

 Assist generating reports using our POS and spreadsheets

 Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations

 Work collaboratively with our Ops director

 Serve as liaison between management and staff


​Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ minimum experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant in NYC

• Soft skills: knowledgeable, strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive
