We are seeking for Floor Managers to Join Our Team!

Managers will be responsible for overseeing the restaurants’ operation while leading our team to provide customers with a memorable dining experience. Exercising common sense to solve simple problems while maintaining a friendly, professional and cordial work environment is part of daily business carry out.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation

• Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently

• Hire, train and manage FOH staff

• Assist generating reports using POS and spreadsheets

• Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations

• Work collaboratively with the GM, director of operations and all other teammates

• Serve as liaison between management and staff

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant in NYC

• Soft skills: knowledgeable, strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive

Highly Desirables:

• Knows Toast POS (Big plus)
