Job description

The Restaurant Recruiter will help find candidates for open positions throughout all Serafina restaurants. Your responsibilities focus on finding people with the right qualifications and skills for various roles and openings. The Restaurant Recruiter must be a motivated, friendly self-starter with personal discipline and an entrepreneur attitude. The person in this position will establish recruiting needs by interviewing candidates and meeting with managers to discuss needs. The Restaurant Recruiter will attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various job boards and will determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses and verifying references.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, fast paced management recruitment role preferably in a hospitality setting.

· Extraordinary EQ skills and ability to match candidates to compatible roles.

· High level of empathy and innate love for connecting with people.

· Able to deliver results, meet deadlines and targets.

· Computer proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), recruiting websites, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

· Ability to perform work with a sense of urgency as well as maintain professional composure under pressure.

· Great communication skills (verbal and written).

· High level of work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality.

· Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

· Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is a plus.

· Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) 

Overview of Responsibilities

· Conduct high volume of resume screenings and interviews regularly for designated positions.

· Successfully recruit hourly associate positions.

· Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, skills, competencies, character fit, integrity, and compatibility for the role.

· Conduct the onboarding process for new hires

· Other duties, projects, tasks as per business need
