Brand and Creative Lead – Remote

Join Our Team at Our Support Office

Location: Remote  (with occasional travel to parks and Support Office, Maidenhead, SL6 4FL

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 3 days (21-hours per week)

Availability: Immediate start

Job Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do

As Brand and Creative Lead, you will:

  • Lead the visual brand strategy and creative identity for Haulfryn, ensuring it is bold, modern, and distinctive
  • Apply a digital-first mindset to develop creative concepts and campaigns that support business and marketing objectives
  • Lead and coach the in-house graphic designer and external freelancers, driving ideation and high-quality creative delivery
  • Deliver creative assets across:
  • Digital: UX design, website, emails, digital advertising
  • Print: POS, direct mail, OOH, brochures
  • Video and photo editing
  • Brand copy input and tone-of-voice alignment
  • Manage workload and creative workflow, and present designs for stakeholder feedback
  • Own the brand across all outputs (digital, visual, print) and third-party materials
  • Evolve and maintain our brand guidelines and toolkit to ensure consistent, aligned execution
  • Write creative briefs for external agencies and partners, including video, animation, banners, emails, and brochures
  • Lead creative development for TV and radio adverts where needed (visuals, scripts, voiceovers)
  • Direct the photography and videography style, ensuring on-brand, quality output
  • Drive improvements in creative process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and new technologies

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in a brand and creative design role, ideally in-house and in a DTC brand setting
  • degree in a relevant design discipline
  • A strong portfolio covering digital design (UX, websites, email templates, display, social)
  • Experience across print and POS design
  • Deep understanding of UX to elevate user journeys
  • Strong experience directing and delivering photo and video shoots, including styling and working with talent
  • A proven ability to create effective creative executions that drive commercial performance and reflect brand values
  • Confidence in developing and implementing a brand, visual identity, tone of voice, and toolkit
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD
  • Working knowledge of Premier Pro
  • Experience managing external suppliers/agencies and working collaboratively

Desirable

  • B2C experience in travel, leisure, or property sales (especially holiday homes or residential parks), or other high-consideration purchase environments
  • Experience in animated content creation
  • Skilled in briefing and managing external creative partners (freelancers and agencies)
  • Consumer copywriting experience is a plus
