Fiona is General Manager at The New Inn, she's relatively new here, but brings with her years of experience and... even better Albie the German Shepherd pub dog (He's still a puppy, but likes to think he's taking care of everyone!)
Fiona's built a great team of talented individuals who come together to deliver great experiences. Our team work hard and play hard, our parties are legendary, unfortunately, we've got far too many pics to prove it.
Maria, who progressed through the ranks, starting out as a Team Member, rose to Team Leader and more recently was appointed to the position of Assistant Manager (WE LIKE TO INVEST IN OUR PEOPLE! ) will be on hand to cover your induction and will have the New Inn feeling like home in no time.
We're in a beautiful part of West London within minutes of South Ealing Tube station, the pub underwent a significant investment a few years ago and she really is pretty. Come and see for yourself, call in for a coffee, meet some of our friendly team and see what all the fuss is about.

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
