What we look for in a Kitchen Assistant;

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant or someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a genuine passion for working in a reliable, fast-paced team that consistently delivers high-quality standards.

This position requires full availability to work 30–40 hours per week, so applicants must be able to commit to regular, consistent hours.

We need hardworking and dedicated people behind the scenes to help our kitchens run smoothly and ensure the restaurant is always clean, organised, and well prepared for service.

As a successful Kitchen Porter, you will:

• Be a hands-on, reliable team member with a strong work ethic

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency

• Show a willingness to learn new skills and actively support the kitchen team

• Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a close-knit team

• Assist the kitchen team in delivering consistently high-quality service

• Demonstrate good planning and organisational skills to complete daily tasks efficiently
