What We’re Looking For in a Burger Chef
We’re searching for either an experienced Burger Chef or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up. You’ll be passionate about fresh food, thrive under pressure, and love working in a kitchen that’s lively, welcoming, and always moving.
As a successful Burger Chef, you will:
Champion outstanding service through consistently high-quality food
Bring genuine passion and pride to every plate, every shift
Be hands-on in the kitchen, leading by example during busy service
Show eagerness to learn, communicate well, and work as a true team player
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and deliver exciting new menu items and daily specials
Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour controls effectively
Take a proactive role in driving sales and growth, working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
