We’re seeking an existing Chef de Partie or a talented Commis Chef ready for their next step – someone with passion, flair, and a love for producing fresh, high-quality food in a welcoming environment. As part of our kitchen team, you will:
Champion excellent service through consistently fantastic food.
Be a hands-on, proactive Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
Demonstrate creativity and collaborate with the Head Chef on new dishes and daily specials.
Show planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
Engage with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive sales and growth.
Be an active team player, eager to learn, share ideas, and communicate effectively.
