This role is dynamic and hands-on. On quieter nights, you’ll confidently take the reins and close solo, running a smooth, safe, and successful shift. When it’s busy (and it will be), you’ll work side-by-side with the management team, leading from the front and driving the energy on the floor.

Experience is essential — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us raise the bar from day one.
