The General Manager position comes with a salary of $60,000 - $80,000, additional bonus compensation of up to $42,000, and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.

 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 YEARS of HIGH VOLUME FULL-SERVICE restaurant management experience 
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Suite



A DAY IN THE LIFE

The General Manager is professional, dependable, enthusiastic, and friendly. You will create a world-class experience for the guests and, more importantly, the team members. 

  • Oversee the execution of the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house 
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction 
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints 
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible 
  • Organize and supervise shifts 
  • Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive 
  • Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations 
  • Successfully promote and publicize the brand. 
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as a restaurant supervisor 
  • Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters.  
  • Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines. 
  • Train employees professionally and profitably by applying The Sicilian Butcher's policies and procedures. 
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring as needed, administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and Performance Improvement Action Plans. 
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all menu items. 
  • Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures 
  • Order all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the store 
  • Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures 
  • Have a vast knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher's history 
  • Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security. 
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook 
  • Send weekly update reports to Regional Operations Manager.
