The Sicilian Butcher is looking for a Busser to help maintain the flow of service, keep dining areas pristine, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. As a key support player, you’ll assist servers, expedite food from the kitchen, and help maintain an organized and clean restaurant.

A Day in the Life:

As a Busser, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering seamless service by:

• Setting up dining areas before guests arrive, including silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments
• Keeping tables clean and guest-ready, clearing away dirty dishes and resetting them for the next guests
• Supporting the servers by ensuring tables have everything they need
• Acting as a connection between the Front of House and Back of House, delivering food from the kitchen efficiently
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met in all dining and kitchen areas
• Assisting with guest requests and communicating feedback to restaurant staff
• Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude, always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid food handler’s card (or ability to obtain before starting)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
• Punctuality and reliability, with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
