What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a high-performing back-of-house team to maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Creating weekly cook and dough schedules that align with business flow, labor targets, and individual staff availability.
  • Ensuring precision in recipe execution by following The Sicilian Butcher’s recipe book with exactness.
  • Leading weekly back-of-house meetings and organizing shift manager & trainer meetings as needed.
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Monitoring and enforcing training programs to develop team members and support career growth.
  • Upholding food safety standards and quality control to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
  • Checking and maintaining proper food holding and refrigeration temperatures to meet health and safety regulations.
  • Overseeing inventory management by monitoring product orders, receiving shipments, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Managing food costs and minimizing waste through strategic inventory control and portioning guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets brand safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations and efficient communication.
  • Supervising and coordinating kitchen team activities to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by upper management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Passion for food quality, guest experience, and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or culinary certification preferred
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Commitment to delivering top-tier hospitality and going the extra mile for guests
