What You’ll Do:

• Leading daily operations of both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

• Handling guest service matters and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining food quality and adherence to The Sicilian Butcher standards.
• Scheduling, training, and developing staff to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Collaborating with the management team to review reports, track performance, and implement operational improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
• Upholding company policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency and excellence.
• Attending weekly management meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid food handler’s card or ability to obtain one.
