What We’re Looking For
Must be 21 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
Current food handler’s card (or ability to obtain)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Strong leadership, guest service, and organizational skills
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring operational excellence across front-of-house and back-of-house. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute to every part of the guest and team member experience.
Lead daily operations and uphold Sicilian Butcher brand standards
Support staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and food quality
Monitor line speed and efficiency using transaction time benchmarks
Manage guest experience and respond to customer inquiries or concerns
Assist with labor, inventory, and food cost control efforts
Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute to planning and execution
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Uphold all health, sanitation, and safety protocols
Maintain compliance with policies outlined in the employee handbook
Represent The Sicilian Butcher culture with pride and integrity
