What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience

  • Current food handler’s card (or ability to obtain)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

  • Strong leadership, guest service, and organizational skills

  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring operational excellence across front-of-house and back-of-house. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute to every part of the guest and team member experience.

  • Lead daily operations and uphold Sicilian Butcher brand standards

  • Support staffing, scheduling, training, and team development

  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and food quality

  • Monitor line speed and efficiency using transaction time benchmarks

  • Manage guest experience and respond to customer inquiries or concerns

  • Assist with labor, inventory, and food cost control efforts

  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute to planning and execution

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

  • Uphold all health, sanitation, and safety protocols

  • Maintain compliance with policies outlined in the employee handbook

  • Represent The Sicilian Butcher culture with pride and integrity
