We’re looking for warm, welcoming, and organized Hosts and Hostesses to join our front desk team.
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 18 years of age.
No previous experience required — we offer on-the-job training.
A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Eagerness to go above and beyond for our guests.
Willingness to learn the menu and assist guests with information.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a positive first and last impression.
Manage the seating chart and waitlist, balancing table rotation for optimal service.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Answer phones, take reservations, and field general inquiries about the restaurant or menu.
Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any issues to the management team.
Ensure the front entrance and host stand remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support the overall flow of the dining room with a calm and guest-focused demeanor.
