Known for scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and genuine Italian hospitality, our Tatum location has become a neighborhood favorite in Phoenix. We’re looking for warm, welcoming, and organized Hosts and Hostesses to join our front desk team.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• No previous experience required — we offer on-the-job training.

• A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Eagerness to go above and beyond for our guests.

• Willingness to learn the menu and assist guests with information.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a positive first and last impression.

• Manage the seating chart and waitlist, balancing table rotation for optimal service.

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

• Answer phones, take reservations, and field general inquiries about the restaurant or menu.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any issues to the management team.

• Ensure the front entrance and host stand remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Support the overall flow of the dining room with a calm and guest-focused demeanor.
