THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Director of Operations the Training Restaurant General Manager (TGM) is the primary support for the management teams in their respective restaurant locations and market. The Training General Manager (TGM) role is crucial to Smashburger’s people focused culture. They are responsible for executing Smashburger training programs to Gold Standard. It is the TGM that evaluates the performance of new shift leaders and managers to certify their skills to perform their assigned job duties.
