Position: Analyst II


Job Status:  Full Time

FLSA Status:   Exempt  

Reports To:  Quality Assurance Center Manager

Positions Supervised:  None


PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The purpose of this position is to create and manage the ability to report and analyze all aspects and impacts of labor and the impacts on business performance.   This role is integral in providing information for management review which includes the gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing trends, forecasts, strategy and recommendations. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, reconcile and consolidate financial and operational data on a routine basis
  • Support activities related to the collection, analysis, review and presentation of diverse reports and key performance indicators
  • Analyze current and past data and performance and prepare reports and projections based on this analysis
  • Identify trends in performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Providing models and forecasting
  • Support to the effectiveness of operations through identification, analysis and maintenance of data  
  • Assist with internal audits as requested
  • Assist with special projects including, but not limited to sales forecasting, labor budgets, labor efficiency, wage market analyses and store hours of operation
  • May serve as a contact for cross-functional teams
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Required Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or Quantitative Economics

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience, using SQL preferred, or other advanced statistical techniques
  • Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook applications
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tasks  
  • High level of personal integrity and humility, is passionate about their work and is self-disciplined
