PEPE FOOD TRUCK DRIVER AND COOK

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Truck Driver and Cook to join our team. As a Food Truck Driver and Cook, you will be responsible for driving the food truck to different locations and preparing delicious meals for our customers. You must be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the food truck to various locations and events, following a predetermined schedule
• Set up and take down the food truck equipment, including kitchen equipment and supplies
• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operation of the food truck
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Conditions..

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience driving larger vehicles, such as food trucks or commercial vans
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies, up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
