As a Reservationist at Noble 33, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a warm demeanor, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction:
Act as a welcoming ambassador for Noble 33, ensuring every interaction reflects respect and kindness.
Handle reservation inquiries with attentiveness and enthusiasm via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Provide personalized recommendations based on guests’ preferences, offering insight into the restaurant’s menu, ambiance, and special events.
Manage guest expectations with tact and discretion, including accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
Reservation Management:
Utilize reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) to manage bookings, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently.
Monitor and optimize table assignments to maximize guest satisfaction and operational flow.
Confirm reservations in a timely manner and communicate policies such as cancellation or late-arrival procedures.
Communication and Collaboration:
Liaise with front-of-house and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Communicate guest feedback, special requirements, or noteworthy details to relevant team members.
Maintain an open, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges or conflicts.
Professional Etiquette:
Exhibit humility and grace under pressure, maintaining poise during peak hours or high-stress situations.
Uphold proper phone, email, and in-person etiquette, ensuring all communication aligns with Noble 33's standards.
Adhere to privacy standards, safeguarding sensitive guest information.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest profiles.
Assist with reporting or analysis as requested by management.
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of Noble 33’s venues, policies, and service standards.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a reservations, concierge, or hospitality role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) and basic office applications.
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
