• Maintaining par-levels;
• Responsible for creating different pastas according to Maialino Mare recipes and standards;
• Consistently checks the pasta products and adjusts methods to achieve high quality pasta;
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
• Ability to operate equipment such as a commercial mixer and pasta machine;
• High school diploma or equivalent or culinary degree preferred;
• 1+ year of experience as a cook or chef preferred;
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting;
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred;
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends.
